New Nordic Phuket Water World - Investment project from the Norwegian company

New Nordic Group is a fast growing company operates more than 1000 rooms, 10 restaurants and range of retail outlets in Southeast Asia.

The company consists of 3 main divisions: Construction Company, Management Company and Travel Company. In addition, New Nordic Group has concluded long-term contracts with international travel operators in Russia, Europe, China, Malaysia and Singapore.

Rental guaranteed 10% per year, paid monthly to Thai Account in Thai Baht.

*in case of 100% purchase, owner start receiving 10% even before and during the construction period.

1. You buy an apartment in 100% ownership with all the relevant opportunities: it can be rented, sold, donated, live independently, so the apartment goes by inheritance.

2. At your request, the apartment is transferred to the management of the New Nordic Group under a guaranteed tenancy agreement for a period of 10 years with a yield of 10% per annum.

3. In any period of the validity period of the guaranteed lease contract, you have the exclusive right to terminate this agreement unilaterally without any penalties. The New Nordic group cannot terminate the contract on guaranteed leasing.

4. Throughout the period of guaranteed rental, New Nordic Group bears full financial responsibility for the apartment, as well as carries out all the work associated with servicing the apartments (cleaning, maintenance).

5. After the expiry of the tenancy agreement (10 years), New Nordic Group undertakes to carry out cosmetic repairs in your apartment and transfer it to you in the proper condition.

New Nordic projects - subject to capitalization and in 10 years will be able to bring you additional income in case of resale.

New Nordic Phuket Water World is a particularly big project. As the land is close to the ocean the units will have an easy access to beautiful Bangtao Beach. At the heart of the project there will also be a grand swimming pool area with slides and areas for the whole family to play and relax.

The area is only 30 minutes’ drive from Phuket International Airport, it is close to Laguna and golf courses. 20 minutes from vibes of Patong.

New Nordic Water World Phase 1 consist of three buildings: A,B,C.
