Mai Khao Beach Condotel is an exciting new project located just 470m away from the pristine, white sands of Mai Khao Beach in the north of Phuket.

This area of the island is home to some of the most exclusive five-star hotels on the island, such as the JW Marriott, Centara Grand West Sands, Renaissance, Holiday Inn and Anantara. In addition to the rental income, buyers can spend up to 15 days in their apartment so that they can mix pleasure with their business.

The precise level of Rental Guarantee depends upon the payment plan chosen by the buyer.
